Description of the project content:
Our aim is to create a model vegetable garden in Püspökszilágy and Pence, which will also serve as a demonstration centre where you can see and learn how to produce and process healthy food from local, chemical-free, seasonal, human-scale production using traditional and innovative farming techniques. The gardens will not only be a place for growing vegetables, but also a meeting place for local communities. The food produced here will be used in local catering and for local events, and will provide a model for local people of how to garden without destroying the soil, using techniques and approaches that are not only sustainable but also sustainable, how to preserve vegetables and fruits in a traditional way, using as few artificial substances as possible, how to keep the nutrients and raw materials needed for gardening in a continuous cycle and how to use them with as little waste as possible.
