International Projects Department

The Department of International Projects was established on February 1st, 2021 to assist researchers at the Hungarian University of Agricultural and Life Sciences in preparing for international calls for proposals, specifically in the new Horizon Europe Framework Programme and other international programs. The department provides support throughout the proposal process, including preparation, submission, implementation, and closure, offering assistance with document signing, non-scientific proposal writing, and proposal monitoring.
Additionally, the department provides administrative support for procurement, contracting, financial payments, and account submissions. Other responsibilities include organizing online information events, offering in-house training with expert support for researchers, monitoring proposals in the University's main research areas, identifying proposal opportunities per person/research group, supporting consortium searches and partner searches, and proposal budgeting.
