Procedure for submitting an application

The project idea is submitted through the University's ENYA system using the Proposal Initiation Form, with consideration for the proposal submission deadline.
If you have a project idea, we can provide you with a preliminary consultation to explore possible funding opportunities or ongoing calls for proposals.

The prepared project plan must be approved:
- by a member of the Board of Directors,
- the technical officer,
- the director(s) of the institute(s) concerned,
- the Campus Director(s) concerned,
- the Director-General for Coordination,
- the Director-General for Finance,
- the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs and
- the Rector.

The procedure for submitting international applications:

•    Upload your project idea to the ENYA System
•    The International Projects Department filters out duplicate proposals and reduces winning rates.
•    Sending the submitted application file directly to the International Projects Department: kocsis-kiss.monika@uni-mate.hu
•    For Horizon Europe proposals, you MUST add LEAR as a participant contact on the Funding and Tenders portal. MATE LEAR: Mónika Kocsis-Kiss, kocsis-kiss.monika@uni-mate.hu)

 

 

Protocol for international winning applications:

•    The consortium leader must assign the project assistant as the participant contact in the submission portal.
•    Draft contracts should be sent to the International Projects Department, which will forward them to the Legal Department for preliminary review.
•    After approval by the Legal Department, the signature process will commence.
•    The International Projects Department will send the signed contracts to the coordinator via email and post.
•    Foreign currency accounts will be assigned or opened if necessary.
•    An HR plan will be developed shortly after the start of the project
•    Monitoring and account preparation will be done in close coordination with project leaders.
