Description of the project content: The project responds to the challenges of health deterioration among children and young people on both sides of the border. It aims to improve and further develop existing systems of youth-focused health promotion. To achieve the project objectives effectively, the partners will establish sustainable, inter-institutional, cross-border cooperation in prevention and awareness raising. The technical programme will develop and pilot a health education and health promotion model to increase the effectiveness of existing prevention programmes and improve the health status of young people.
