Funding and Tenders Portal (ECAS) registration

Utolsó frissítés: 2024 szeptember 25.

Individual level registration

To access the full range of services of the Funding & tender opportunities portal, you need an individual EU Login registration. Without this, only the public services (e.g. search for funding opportunities, download guides) are available, but it is no longer possible to submit a proposal.

You can register by entering your name and e-mail address in the following interface: https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/cas/eim/external/register.cgi.

If you are already registered, there is no need to create a new account because of the new program cycle.

Organisation level registration

To apply, not only do you need to register at an individual level, but the applicant organisation must also have a 9-digit identifier, known as a PIC code. This unique identifier must be used as a reference in any communication with the European Commission. An application may be submitted with a PIC code with a non-validated status. The validation of the organisation is linked to the first successful application, the validation of the administrative and legal data of the organisation and the appointment of the main representative (LEAR) of the organisation is carried out during the preparation of the grant contract. Subsequently, the LEAR is entitled to modify the registered data of the organisation and to define the legal and financial signatories at organisational level.

The registration of the organisation can be started from the following interface after logging in with the EU Login (please check first if the organisation already has a PIC code): https://ec.europa.eu/info/funding-tenders/opportunities/portal/screen/how-to-participate/participant-register.
